| Het Coloplast Wondzorgkader is een eenvoudig raamwerk, om de zorg voor wonden vorm te geven. Het is in samenwerking met zorgprofessionals (zie kader) ontwikkeld als antwoord op
inzichten uit een consensus project met 85 zorgprofessionals uit 19 landen, dat laat zien dat er behoefte is aan een meer eenduidige aanpak rondom de zorg voor complexe wonden 1, 2, 3, 4.
Het kader maakt persoonsgericht vormgeven van wondzorg makkelijker door te ondersteunen in het dagelijks werk met behulp van de 3 B’s:

Stap 1: B<\/strong>eoordeel de situatie van de patiënt en wond.
Stap 2: B<\/strong>ehandel de complexe wond.
Stap 3: B<\/strong>edek de behandelde wond.<\/p>\n\n\n
